TAURASI (DOCG)

HISTORY
The zone of Avellino, entirely surrounded from vineyards, and' manufacturing of good wines, to which you/he/she has known how to apply a good promotional politics, that has allowed products as the Taurasi, to reach levels of international fame.
Dominated from an ancient castle, widened by the Norman ones, the town of Taurasi and' the center of the production of the homonym red wine.
The Taurasi has ancient origins. and' a wine of great body and structure, dry, austere, with aromatic vein.
and' obligatory a three year-old aging, of which one in strokes of chestnut tree or oak. In the three following years he is able' to taste in the full one of his/her qualities', particularly accompanied to red meats roast.
The vine from which he produces, the Aglianico, and' is introduced by the Ellenis since the foundation of Cuma. This vine, is found in almost all southern Italy, but from' very different wines according to the places where you/he/she is cultivated. In Campania it finds one of his/her best habitats. It has a cluster of average greatness, of cylinder-conic form, with round grape and of blue color.
